Most of the time, we are stuck in life as we chew over things in our minds.
Ruminating involves us replaying past events which do not only cripple our thoughts but also lead to emotional distress. Ruminating creates anxieties as we worry about the future and still wonder about the past.
What we need is the ability to be done. Switch off.
It will be a fight with thoughts. A psychological war worth it. It will require us to work on our routines, set deadlines, daily plans, and avoid void thinking.
Rumination numbs us while it should flow into a productive task, yet we should form guard rails to know when to put a stop to switch off and go about life with concise and willing-full thoughts.
Stay Safe and Sound!
